Refund policy

We want you to feel good about trying 7 Fathoms - and we know that sometimes, things don't work out. Here's how we handle returns and refunds.

✅ Returns

Within 30 days of delivery:
If your item is unused or gently used (more than half not used) and in original condition, you can return it for a full refund, or choose store credit if you prefer.

Between 31–60 days:
If the item is unused or gently used (more than half not used) and in original condition, we’ll issue store credit. Store credit never expires, but it can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash.

After 60 days:
We’re not able to accept returns beyond this point.

Email us at hello@7fathomsseaweedskincare.ca with your:
- Name
- Order number
- Item(s) you are returning
- Reason for your return
Share any additional details you feel comfortable including — these help us learn and understand your experience.
We’ll respond with return instructions.

✅ Issues with Your Order?

If you experience issues with your orders (your order arrives damaged or the wrong items) please email us as soon as possible at hello@7fathomsseaweedskincare.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We review these situations case-by-case and will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping costs are eligible for a refund if the returned items were shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.

✅ Please Keep in Mind

Products can be gently used (more than half not used) and must be in original condition.
If an exchange is requested, we will issue store credit for the returned item. This credit can then be used to purchase the replacement product.
Products purchased with store credit will be reimbursed as store credit.
Promotion codes are considered discounts. The value of the discount will not be refunded on returns or exchanges, and promotion codes do not apply to exchanges.
If your original payment method has expired or is no longer valid, the refund will be issued as store credit.
If a product was received as a gift, it is eligible for store credit or exchange.
International Clients: Duties and taxes cannot be refunded, as these are collected by the governing country, not by 7 Fathoms.
