Seaweed Harvested from the Cold North Atlantic

Rooted in Traceability. Guided by Sustainability.
All of our seaweed is traceable to cold North Atlantic waters along the coast of Newfoundland & Labrador. We hand-harvest under Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) wild-harvest licences in Grates Cove and Tors Cove, selecting Laminaria digitata and Fucus vesiculosus (bladderwrack) from intertidal zones that are cold, nutrient-rich, and turbulent.
These wild seaweeds are naturally rich in marine bioactives — fucoidan, beta-glucans, and polyphenols — known to support sensitive skin and strengthen the skin barrier.
Seaweed is the ocean’s answer to skin health.

  Harvesting Practices
Our harvested practices are rooted in a deep appreciation for the ocean and a sense of environmental responsibility. Our seaweed extracts are the primary ingredient in every product we make — made in Canada from start to finish.
Each plant is hand-cut above the holdfast to support natural regrowth.
Every harvest is recorded, monitored, and reported to DFO.
Pre-harvest surveys assess abundance and conditions for long-term ecosystem health.
