The best products for swimmers

I swim daily at a public pool that is heavily chlorinated. I was getting terribly itchy skin and chlorine rash from the constant chlorine water exposure despite showering after every swim. The dry winter air didn't help either. The itching was so bad that it would wake me up at night and keep me up, ruining my sleep. I tried everything. All the lotions, oils, and skin cleansers recommended to me online and by other swimmers. Then I tried 7 Fathoms scalp treatment spray after reaching out to the owners to see which of their seaweed products would be best and may hold the solution for me and to my great surprise and relief it works! Let me tell you, Aveeno has got nothing that compares to North Atlantic seaweed. No more itchy skin, just sound sleeping and more swim training. I apply the spray after every shower post swim workout when the skin is still a bit damp. I have also been using the lotion before bed for even more protection. I have a post operative scar on my elbow that wasn’t healing well and the area around the incision was very reactive to bandages and surgical tape. My surgeon recommended 1% cortisone cream, my pharmacist recommended vitamin E oil and my physiotherapist recommended Vaseline. I tried them all with no lasting improvement. Astonished! 20+ Years living with psoriasis and wow flare ups be tamed!

For 20+ years I have suffered from psoriasis mostly on my scalp and it gets worse during the cooler months. I have been using the scalp spray, but putting it on before bed and washing hair in the morning - my scalp is 85% better already and I don’t wake up with new flare up spots and the itchiness, soreness and redness has subsided substantially. My elbows are getting better with the cream at night redness and flake build up reduced by about 25% so far. First time using

Took a while but I recieved the product yesterday. Have only applied it twice so not sure of the results yet. I like the smell and the smoothness of the cream. I am hoping it will work to keep my outbreaks under control. Not sure if it's exema or rocea. Will let you know in a couple of weeks
